SPRINGFIELD, NJ, and WAYNE, PA — Hudson and Argosy Healthcare Partners portfolio company has announced the appointment of Werner Maas as Chief Executive Officer. Maas, a seasoned leader in the life science tools industry, is renowned for his ability to drive growth and innovation.

Maas brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as President of the Global Liquid Handling business at Mettler Toledo, where he oversaw the Rainin and Biotix units. Before that, he led the Magnetic Resonance division of Bruker Biospin Group, advancing their scientific instruments and diagnostic solutions.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Maas stated, “Hudson is known for its innovative solutions and deep product portfolio, providing scientists the means to reach higher productivity and reproducible results, and I am excited to join the company at this unique moment in its growth.
