STP Investment Services Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Senior Hires

WEST CHESTER, PASTP Investment Services (STP) has announced the addition of several senior leaders across operations, fund administration, compliance, and investment performance. These strategic appointments aim to enhance the company’s ability to deliver innovative and efficient solutions in the investment management industry.

Melissa Gingrich has been named Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, with her COO role set to begin in October 2024. With a background in strategic financial and operational leadership, Melissa is positioned to drive key initiatives across STP.

David Goldstein joins as Director of Fund Services, bringing close to 30 years of expertise in fund operations, business development, and relationship management, particularly within alternative investments. Ben Jones steps into the role of Vice President of Business Development – Fund Administration, leveraging his prior success at Aztec Group in expanding U.S. market operations.

On the compliance front, Lori Weston has been appointed Head of Compliance and will lead STP’s new ComplianceAdvisor practice. Lori brings over 20 years of experience in compliance and regulatory management, focusing on developing solutions for financial firms. Cynthia Kelly also joins as Senior Compliance Consultant, specializing in registered investment adviser compliance, ethics, and risk management. With her background as Chief Compliance Officer at BennBridge US LLC, Cynthia offers strong expertise in building comprehensive compliance frameworks.

Steve Leydet assumes the position of Vice President of Investment Performance. With over 13 years of experience in performance analysis, operational efficiency, and GIPS compliance, Steve’s track record includes roles at abrdn, Longs Peak Advisory Services, and Orion.
