COATESVILLE, PA — Industrial construction and steel fabrication company JGM has expanded its leadership team with three executive hires as the company pursues growth beyond its regional footprint and positions itself for broader competition in national markets.
The Coatesville-based company appointed Brian M. Jones as vice president of business development, Amy DePaoli as director of marketing, and Garrick Weaver as director of talent acquisition and workforce development.
The additions bolster key functions including business development, branding and workforce planning, areas that have become increasingly important as industrial contractors compete for large-scale projects and skilled labor.
Jones brings more than 20 years of experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sector. He most recently served as director of business development at Yates Construction, where he led market expansion initiatives across engineering, construction and maintenance operations.
His previous roles included positions at KBR, BE&K, Robins & Morton and MAHLE Group. Jones holds a master’s degree in construction engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Tennessee Technological University.
DePaoli joins JGM after serving as director of marketing at honeygrow, where she oversaw brand strategy, media, public relations and digital initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. She previously spent more than six years leading marketing efforts at Pilot Freight Services, including initiatives tied to the company’s merger and acquisition activity.
Weaver will oversee talent acquisition and workforce development strategies for JGM. He most recently served as an HR business partner and consultant at Cozen O’Connor and previously held senior human resources positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Penn Power Group and Rhoads Industries.
Weaver was named Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year in 2023 and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, along with a project management certificate from Penn State University.
“JGM’s growth is driven by great people, and these additions to our leadership team reflect our focus on building for the future,” Chief Executive Officer Joe Messner Jr. said. “Their combined strengths in business development, brand building, and workforce strategy will expand our reach, elevate our reputation, and ensure we continue attracting and developing top talent.”
Founded in Coatesville, JGM provides industrial construction and steel fabrication services and has been expanding its capabilities as demand for industrial infrastructure projects and skilled labor intensifies nationwide.
