BERWYN, PA — AscellaHealth Senior Vice President of Operations Sabine Enright has received a 2026 Herizon Award for her role in reorganizing cross-functional operations and advancing the company’s pharmacy benefits technology platform, recognizing management changes aimed at improving how health plans and employers administer prescription drug benefits.

The Business Intelligence Group selected Enright in the Established Leader — Transformed a Team or Department category, citing her work connecting clinical pharmacy, business strategy and operational functions.

Enright, a pharmacist by training, helped coordinate development of AscellaOne, a modular platform designed to give health plans, pharmacy benefit managers and employers greater flexibility in structuring and managing prescription drug benefits.

The platform is intended to address fragmentation in pharmacy benefits administration by allowing organizations to configure services according to their operational requirements and access purchasing arrangements that may be difficult to obtain independently.

Her work involved aligning clinical, operational and business teams around the company’s technology development and broader organizational priorities.

“My foundation as a pharmacist taught me the importance of looking at challenges from different angles and keeping people at the center of every decision,” Enright stated. “At AscellaHealth, that approach has shaped how I have worked across teams and helped bring AscellaOne to life.”
