BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) has received industry recognition for two executives overseeing its global technology support operations, highlighting the company’s efforts to expand artificial intelligence-enabled field services and digital workplace management.

Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions, and Antonio Pinto, director of field services delivery for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, were named to the Future of Field Service’s 2026 Stand Out 50 Leaders list.

The peer-selected awards recognize executives for leadership, service delivery strategy and customer experience improvements within the field services industry.

Sobera received the distinction for the second consecutive year, while Pinto was recognized for the first time.

At Unisys, Sobera oversees a global delivery organization of more than 6,000 employees providing technical support and digital workplace services across multiple industries.

Her responsibilities include developing AI-enabled support services that can be accessed on demand in multiple languages, part of the company’s effort to automate service delivery and improve technical support operations.

The Blue Bell-based technology services company recently expanded its collaboration with Salesforce to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into field services, an initiative within Sobera’s business unit.

“Being recognized as a ‘Stand Out 50 Leader’ for the second year is a reflection of our team’s work, not just mine,” Sobera said. “It is our duty as leaders to equip our people with the tools and support they need to do their best work and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.”
