CSC Earns Top Rankings in New Jersey Legal Services Survey

CSC

WILMINGTON, DE — CSC secured top-three rankings in two categories of the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2026 reader survey, including a Hall of Fame designation for business formation services, extending the Wilmington-based company’s recognition among legal industry service providers.

The privately held business administration and compliance company ranked among the top three providers in both Business Formation/Incorporation Services and Business Support Services, according to the publication’s annual “Best Of” survey.

CSC also qualified for the Hall of Fame in the business formation category, a designation reserved for providers that have placed among the top three at least three times during the previous four years.

The rankings are determined by votes from the New Jersey Law Journal’s audience of attorneys and legal professionals, reflecting reader preferences rather than an independent assessment of provider performance.

The recognition covers services that law firms and corporate legal departments use to establish business entities, maintain regulatory compliance and support corporate transactions.

CSC provides entity formation and management, registered business administration, legal and regulatory compliance, accounting, reporting and transaction support services.

Jennifer Kenton, CSC’s chief commercial officer, attributed the recognition to the company’s relationships with legal professionals.

“Our clients depend on us to deliver with accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency,” Kenton said.

The company operates offices and provides services across more than 140 jurisdictions in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Southwest Asia and North Africa.

CSC reports serving more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies, more than 90% of Interbrand’s 100 Best Global Brands and more than 75% of the companies included in the PEI 300 ranking.
