Elemica Gains Leader Status as Supply Chain Tools Shift to AI

Elemica

WAYNE, PA — Elemica was named a Leader in Nucleus Research’s 2026 Control Tower Technology Value Matrix, advancing from Core Provider in 2024 and Expert in 2025 as supply-chain technology shifts from tracking disruptions toward using operational data to coordinate responses.

Nucleus Research evaluates control-tower technology providers based on functionality and usability. Its 2026 assessment emphasizes what it calls “decision velocity,” or the speed at which companies can turn relevant supply-chain signals into informed, executable actions.

“Visibility alone is not sufficient,” Nucleus Research analyst Charles Brennan said. “Control tower maturity is increasingly defined by decision velocity, or how quickly an organization can move from a relevant signal to an informed and executable response.”

Elemica connects manufacturers with customers, suppliers, business partners and data providers through a network spanning tens of thousands of companies. Its technology links those participants with existing enterprise systems to manage order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and logistics processes.

The Wayne-based company normalizes data generated by those transactions for use in analytics and artificial intelligence applications, providing operational context across demand, supply and logistics networks.

Elemica Chief Product Officer Cindi Perdue Hane said the industry’s emphasis is moving beyond identifying supply-chain events toward determining how companies should respond.

“Visibility tells you something happened. It doesn’t tell you what to do next,” Hane said.

Elemica is expanding its platform through investments in master-data orchestration, AI-assisted data capture and validation, and natural-language analytics.

The company is also developing its Elemica Platform MCP Server, which is designed to give customers and compatible AI agents secure access to execution data for use across external supply-chain networks.
