CHICAGO, IL & PHILADELPHIA, PA — Onbe has named Bryan Haynes as chief sales officer, adding a seasoned payments and fintech executive to its leadership team as demand for corporate disbursement solutions accelerates. Haynes will report to CEO Bala Janakiraman and lead the company’s sales organization, focusing on expanding market reach and strengthening enterprise partnerships.
Haynes brings more than 20 years of experience scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth. He most recently served as chief revenue officer at P97 Networks, guiding the company through its acquisition by PDI Technologies. Prior to that, he was CRO at Papaya, where he oversaw a threefold increase in payment volume and built key enterprise relationships.
“Bryan joins us at an inflection point as we see accelerating demand for our corporate disbursement solutions,” said Janakiraman. “His proven ability to scale sales organizations at a variety of high-growth businesses positions us well for our continued growth.”
Earlier in his career, Haynes was a founding member of Blackhawk Network, where he played a central role in building the company from a six-person startup to a global enterprise with more than 4,000 employees across 26 countries. At Blackhawk, he helped establish the branded payments category and expand it worldwide.
“The corporate payouts landscape is evolving rapidly, and Onbe’s platform is uniquely positioned to capture this opportunity,” said Haynes. “I’m excited to grow and scale the sales organization that will accelerate Onbe’s path to market leadership and help transform how enterprises engage with their customers and employees through payments.”
The appointment reflects Onbe’s strategy to strengthen its position in the corporate payouts sector, where enterprises are increasingly turning to digital-first solutions to improve customer engagement, employee incentives, and operational efficiency.
