PHILADELPHIA, PA — Scampi will launch a seasonal lasagna collaboration Oct. 11, bringing Philadelphia chefs and restaurants into a rotating Eagles Sunday takeout series that will run throughout the football season.

Chef and owner Liz Grothe will sell limited batches of $35 take-and-bake lasagnas from the Queen Village restaurant at 617 S. 3rd St. Each pan feeds approximately two people and can be picked up ahead of Eagles games.

Grothe’s Lizagna Classico will anchor the menu every Eagles Sunday. The lasagna combines a Bolognese ragù made with retired dairy cow beef, mortadella, prosciutto di Parma and pancetta with herbed béchamel, Parmigiano Reggiano and spinach pasta sheets.

Curry Boy will collaborate with Scampi on Nov. 8 for a Japanese-inspired yaki curry lasagna made with ground pork, mozzarella and eggplant.

Chef Frankie Ramirez of Amá in Fishtown will contribute “LazAmá” on Nov. 22, combining Mexican spices and Oaxaca cheese.

A collaboration with Tabachoy Philly in Bella Vista will feature a Filipino-inspired lasagna with shrimp and pork ragù, achiote pasta, egg, chicharon and lime.
