LANGHORNE, PASojo Industries has opened a 215,000-square-foot production facility in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, marking a major expansion of its manufacturing and packaging capabilities.

The new site, equipped with four packaging lines and advanced robotics, is purpose-built for high-speed, multi-format production and SKU-intensive variety pack assembly. It will also serve as the company’s corporate hub, housing customer success, product management, and commercial operations.

A key feature of the facility is its role in assembling Sojo’s patented Sojo Flight™ rovers—mobile production units that can be deployed and made operational within an hour, enabling on-site variety pack production for customers.

Located near Sojo’s 100,000-square-foot headquarters in Bristol, the Langhorne facility is already handling production and is expected to reach full operational capacity by year-end. With more than 30 dock doors and extensive storage space, the site is designed to support Fortune 500 companies, emerging brands, co-manufacturers, and distributors seeking faster turnaround and reduced logistics costs.

“Today’s supply chain challenges require technology partners who can move at the speed of consumer demand,” said Barak Bar-Cohen, founder and CEO of Sojo. “With this new facility, we’re expanding our ability to meet that challenge head-on, providing our customers with faster turnaround times, lower freight and labor costs, more storage, and the operational agility needed to adapt and scale in real time.”
