The launch follows the recent divestiture of NSM Insurance Group’s U.S. commercial business to New Mountain Capital. Led by a seasoned executive team of Geof McKernan, Bill McKernan, and Marc Castellucci, Ignyte builds on over 30 years of experience in creating and scaling successful insurance platforms. Its growth strategy focuses on a disciplined acquisition model, in-depth underwriting expertise, and a commitment to innovation.
