LANSDALE, PA — Union Bay Acquisition LLC has completed the acquisition of the commercial insurance business of Brookside Insurance, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition is the fourteenth for Union Bay.
Nicholas Ryba, Partner at Brookside Insurance, expressed confidence in the decision, stating, “Brookside made a good choice combining with Union Bay.” He emphasized, “We are confident that this transaction with Union Bay will benefit all of our stakeholders – both our insureds and our insurance company partners.”
Douglas M. Polley, Chairman of Union Bay Acquisition, welcomed the new addition, saying, “We are pleased to welcome Brookside Insurance.
