Police Hunt Man After Drug Raid Sparks Felony Warrant

PARKESBURG, PA — Police have issued a felony arrest warrant for a 38-year-old man following a drug investigation tied to a residential search.

Parkesburg Borough Police said the warrant for Richard James Clendenin, 38, was obtained after officers executed a search warrant on April 30 in the 100 block of North Church Street.

According to police, Clendenin has been charged with drug manufacture and related offenses.

Authorities reported the arrest warrant was issued May 1 under docket number MJ-15307-CR-0000113-2026 by District Court 15-3-07.

Police described Clendenin as a white male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 165 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.

Investigators said the warrant remains active and are asking anyone with information on Clendenin’s whereabouts to contact the Parkesburg Borough Police Department at 610-857-3535 or call 911.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
