Arlene Adam, VP of Operations and Project Management LifiBifi Inc, has spent over 35 years in the business world. Arlene attributes her success to her attention to detail, maintaining a high level of quality, and listening to each customer, team member, and colleague to understand their needs and how to best serve them. Her experience spans auditing, accounting, project management, product management, as well as sales and marketing. Arlene’s more recent consulting endeavors include offering fun and informative virtual team-building activities. She has also helped companies successfully launch business gifting programs while sharing ways to maximize their ROI. Arlene is a self-proclaimed foodie and experiments with creating recipes and unique food pairings – most, but alas not all, are a hit. She is dedicated to giving back to the community and is a member of the Rotary Club of West Chester along with several business networking groups.
