CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Drivers across multiple Chester County roadways should prepare for rolling lane closures and flagging operations over the next several weeks as resurfacing work ramps up.

Lane closures with flagging will occur on Phoenixville Pike between King Road and U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) from Wednesday, April 29, through Friday, May 1, during both daytime and overnight hours.

Additional overnight restrictions will rotate across several state routes, including Route 10 (Limestone Road) in Lower and Upper Oxford townships, Route 82 (Manor Road) in West Nantmeal Township, Route 401 (Conestoga Road) in East Nantmeal Township, Route 282 (Creek Road) in East Brandywine Township, Buck Run Road/Youngsburg Road in East Fallowfield Township, Route 82 (Doe Run Road) in West Marlborough Township, and Route 52 (Lenape Road) in East Bradford Township.

Motorists should expect intermittent stoppages, slow-moving traffic, and backups in active work zones. Plan extra time and consider alternate routes, especially during overnight operations when flagging crews control traffic.
