PHILADELPHIA, PA — Brian Zenszer, 44, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, entered a guilty plea on Wednesday, April 30, to one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. The plea was accepted by United States District Court Judge Harvey Bartle III.

Court filings revealed that Zenszer knowingly distributed visual depictions of minors engaged in explicit conduct on July 21, 2024, and later possessed illicit material on a Samsung cell phone, including depictions involving prepubescent minors under the age of 12, on November 6, 2024.

The charges stemmed from CyberTips submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). These tips revealed that two accounts on the Kik messaging app had uploaded content suspected to contain child pornography. Investigators traced both accounts to Zenszer, leading to the charges.

Zenszer is set to be sentenced on July 29. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum potential sentence of 40 years.

The FBI and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office conducted the investigation, while Assistant United States Attorney Maureen McCartney is prosecuting the case.
