Three Accused In Multi-County Motorcycle Theft Ring Charged

HARRISBURG, PA — Three individuals are facing felony charges in connection with a series of motorcycle thefts and a robbery spanning multiple Pennsylvania counties, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Jermaine Holland, 53, Jennifer M. Heist, 48, and Craig Grinage, 36, are each charged with corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery, and related offenses.

According to investigators, the alleged incidents occurred between April 2, 2025, and July 20, 2025, at Harley-Davidson dealerships in Bucks, Dauphin, Lehigh, Monroe, and York counties.

Authorities stated the suspects are accused of working together to steal motorcycles, often by allegedly diverting attention inside dealerships while another individual removed a motorcycle.

According to investigators, in one incident on July 20, 2025, at a dealership in Manchester Township, York County, a suspect allegedly attempted to take a customer’s motorcycle. When the customer intervened, the suspect allegedly displayed a handgun and ordered the victim to step back before fleeing the area. Police reported the suspect was later taken into custody following a pursuit into Maryland, and a firearm was recovered.

Officials stated the total value of the stolen motorcycles across the incidents is estimated at nearly $200,000.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, the three defendants are alleged to be affiliated with a Maryland-based motorcycle club. Authorities reported that members of the organization have also been charged in connection with similar incidents in Maryland.

Police stated the defendants are currently in custody in Maryland and are expected to be arraigned on the Pennsylvania charges at a later date.

The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Organized Retail Crime Section.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
