PHILADELPHIA, PA — A Philadelphia woman has pleaded guilty in federal court to voting more than once in the 2024 presidential election, admitting she cast ballots in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.

Miya Pack, 40, entered her guilty plea Monday before U.S. District Judge Joshua D. Wolson to one count of voting more than once in a federal election. Federal prosecutors charged Pack by indictment in September 2025.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Pack had been registered to vote in Bergen County, New Jersey, since about 2004 and registered to vote in Philadelphia County in 2016. Prosecutors stated that she had not previously voted in New Jersey before the 2024 election.

During her change-of-plea hearing, Pack admitted that she voted in person at an early voting location in Bergen County on Oct. 26, 2024, casting a ballot for president. She later voted again on Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, at a polling place in Philadelphia County, where she cast another ballot in the general election, including a second vote for president.

Pack is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 1. She faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $10,000.
