PARKESBURG, PA — A 29-year-old man is facing an obstruction charge and related offenses following a traffic stop in Parkesburg, according to borough police.
Parkesburg Borough police reported arresting James B. Styer, 29, following what the department described as a lawful traffic stop Sept. 16 near Brandt Street and West First Avenue.
Police charged Styer with obstruction and related offenses.
A preliminary hearing on the charges will be scheduled in District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
