PARKESBURG, PA — A 53-year-old man is facing terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation and related charges following an alleged incident in Parkesburg, according to borough police.
Parkesburg police said the incident occurred Sept. 7 in the 100 block of Main Street.
Following their investigation, police filed criminal charges against Scott Grear, 53. Police identified the charges as terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation and related offenses.
Police reported an arrest date of Sept. 11.
A preliminary hearing on the charges will be scheduled in Magisterial District Court 15-3-07, according to police.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
