PARKESBURG, PA — Police are seeking a 42-year-old man accused of violating a court order in Parkesburg, according to borough authorities.
Parkesburg Borough Police reported that an arrest warrant was issued April 10 for Jose Manuel Pantoja following an alleged violation of a protection-from-abuse order near Minch Park.
According to police, Pantoja is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities stated that he is charged with violation of a court order related to a protection-from-abuse order.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact Officer Williams at jwilliams@parkesburgpolice.gov or Detective Sanchez at csanchez@parkesburgpolice.gov.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
