Toll Brothers Opens Linden Ridge Housing Community in Collegeville

COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) announced the opening of Linden Ridge, a 26-home single-family residential community in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

The company said the community’s sales center and model home at 12 Scholl Drive are now open to prospective buyers.

Linden Ridge includes two-story homes ranging from about 2,776 to more than 3,700 square feet with four to five bedrooms and between 2.5 and 5.5 bathrooms.

Homes in the development are priced starting in the mid-$900,000 range, according to the company.

John Dean, division president of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, said the community offers new construction homes near commercial areas in Phoenixville and King of Prussia.

“Linden Ridge offers a rare opportunity to live in a luxurious and serene setting, while still being close to the upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Phoenixville and King of Prussia,” Dean said.

The company said homes in the development include basements and are located on private home sites, with several situated on cul-de-sacs.

Buyers will be able to select home features and finishes through the company’s design studio, Toll Brothers said.

The community is located within the Perkiomen Valley School District and provides access to major commuter routes and outdoor recreation areas.
