DOYLESTOWN, PA — Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has opened sales for an 18-home luxury townhome development in Doylestown, Bucks County, with prices starting at $1 million, adding high-end housing inventory within walking distance of the borough’s downtown commercial district.

The company said sitework is underway at 1 Dutch Lane for 280 North at Doylestown, a collection of four-story townhomes featuring three to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages.

The development is being marketed by appointment through the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Fort Washington, with pre-model pricing available before the community’s model homes open.

The project targets buyers seeking larger residences near downtown Doylestown while retaining features typically associated with detached luxury homes.

Floor plans include elevators, lofts, flexible living spaces and rooftop terraces. The homes also feature open-concept kitchens and living areas.

Toll Brothers is offering both customizable residences and homes with preselected design features, including Design Ready and Quick Move-in options.

The company expects some buyers to be able to move into completed homes before the end of 2026.

The development is located next to Broad Commons Park and a public dog park, with pedestrian access to downtown Doylestown’s restaurants, retailers and cultural destinations.

Nearby transportation routes include Route 202, Route 611 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The community is within the Central Bucks School District and will provide lawn maintenance and snow removal services for homeowners.

John Dean, Toll Brothers’ division president in Pennsylvania, cited the development’s location and housing features as central to its appeal.

“280 North at Doylestown offers a rare opportunity to own a luxury home in one of Bucks County’s most sought-after locations,” Dean said.

The limited 18-unit development represents a relatively small addition to the borough’s housing supply, concentrated in the market for homes priced at $1 million or more.
