Toll Brothers Declares Dividend as Homebuilder Returns Cash

Toll Brothers

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share on July 24, extending the luxury homebuilder’s shareholder-return program as the U.S. housing market navigates elevated mortgage rates and affordability pressures.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of July 10, the company disclosed Friday following approval by its board of directors.

The payment signals continued confidence in the company’s cash-generation capacity despite a housing environment that has remained challenging for many builders due to financing costs and constrained affordability.
