YARDLEY, PA — Smart Sand Inc. (NASDAQ: SND) will pay a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share next month, extending its shareholder return program as the frac sand producer cites strong operating performance and balance sheet strength.

The special dividend follows other capital return measures undertaken this year. According to the company, dividends and share repurchases have returned approximately $12 million to shareholders during 2026.
