WARMINSTER, PASignature Systems, Inc. (SSI) has announced a strategic partnership with Bonanza Casino in Reno, Nevada, introducing their PDQ POS system to enhance the casino’s food and beverage services. This collaboration marks a significant step for Bonanza Casino, which aims to improve guest experiences and boost its reputation as a top gaming and entertainment venue.

The integration of SSI’s point-of-sale technology will facilitate seamless transactions across all three profit centers at Bonanza Casino. Additionally, the installation of eight tablets allows guests to order food and drinks without interrupting their gaming activities. The PDQ POS will integrate with Konami Synkros and Avigilon’s security suite, marking a first for the casino’s operational infrastructure.

Ryan Sheltra, General Manager of Bonanza Casino, highlighted the thorough evaluation process that led to their decision. “We took time to evaluate SSI, speaking to industry colleagues about their experience using PDQ POS. Once we finished our due diligence, the choice was obvious for us,” said Sheltra. He emphasized the value of SSI’s commitment, noting, “One thing that immediately struck us was that SSI didn’t just put our needs on a roadmap, they wrote their commitments to us into our contract.”

This partnership is particularly noteworthy as Bonanza Casino becomes the first boutique casino in Nevada to adopt SSI’s PDQ POS system. Signature Systems has established partnerships with numerous casinos nationwide but is now expanding into the Nevada market, known for its gaming prominence.

John White, EVP/CIO of Signature Systems, expressed gratitude for the positive testimonials from existing clients that facilitated this partnership. “We’re grateful to our customers who shared their experiences with Bonanza Casino. This partnership is especially meaningful to us, not simply because we’re serving a legacy location in Nevada, but because this partnership was brought about by the continued positive sentiment of the casinos we’ve partnered with over the past several years,” said White.

With this new collaboration, Signature Systems, Inc. and Bonanza Casino aim to set a new standard for customer service and operational efficiency in the gaming industry.
