NORRISTOWN, PA — ResultsCX is rolling out an artificial intelligence operating model designed to give healthcare, financial services, and other regulated enterprises greater control over automated customer interactions as scrutiny of AI-driven decisions increases.
The company’s RCX Rubraik combines AI tools with human oversight, governed workflows and documented outcomes, targeting organizations that need to demonstrate how automated actions were reached and maintain evidence supporting those actions.
Rubraik is already operating in customer-service environments, according to ResultsCX, where it is being used for AI-assisted work, automation and digital containment. The company did not identify customers using the model or provide financial terms associated with its deployment.
ResultsCX built the model around five principles: human accountability, compliance by design, defensible outcomes, embedded security and evidence-ready execution.
“For regulated enterprises, the question isn’t only what AI can do — it’s whether you can explain it, evidence it, and stand behind it when challenged,” ResultsCX Chief Executive Officer Gautam Thakkar said.
The approach reflects a broader operational constraint facing companies deploying AI in customer-facing functions: automation can reduce manual workloads, but regulated businesses still need governance structures capable of supporting decisions involving sensitive or consequential interactions.
ResultsCX said Rubraik is intended to improve productivity and strengthen compliance controls while keeping human judgment involved in operations where accuracy and context carry greater risk.
“Trust has to be built into the operating model from the start,” Thakkar said. “Rubraik brings together AI, governance, accountability and human judgment so enterprises can improve performance without giving up control.”
The company said AI assistance is already operating at scale within its customer operations, with automation supporting millions of interactions and digital containment being used to reduce escalations. ResultsCX did not disclose specific volumes, performance improvements or customer-level results.
The Rubraik rollout follows ResultsCX’s designation as a Leader in Everest Group’s Healthcare CXM Intelligent Operations PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, an evaluation focused on healthcare customer-experience management operations.
