NORRISTOWN, PA — ResultsCX introduced an artificial intelligence-driven complaints management platform aimed at banks, utilities, telecom providers, and other regulated industries facing rising regulatory scrutiny over customer dispute handling and response documentation.
The platform, called Complaints360, was developed through Huntswood, a ResultsCX subsidiary specializing in complaints operations and regulatory support services.
The launch reflects growing demand among regulated businesses for automated systems capable of managing rising complaint volumes while maintaining compliance with increasingly strict oversight around fairness, documentation, and response quality.
Complaints360 uses AI tools to support complaint triage, response drafting, risk identification, and root-cause analysis while retaining human review over final decisions and compliance determinations, according to the company.
The platform is designed to consolidate complaint workflows and identify recurring operational failures that generate repeat customer disputes, an issue that can expose companies to regulatory penalties, remediation costs, and reputational damage.
“AI is changing what good complaint handling looks like,” Chief Executive Gautam Thakkar said. “In regulated industries, every complaint is a signal — about process, risk, and trust.”
Financial institutions, utilities, and telecommunications providers have faced increased pressure from regulators in recent years to improve complaint resolution practices, particularly around transparency, consistency, and evidence supporting customer outcomes.
ResultsCX indicated clients can use the platform for outsourcing, operational transformation, staffing augmentation, or advisory support.
The company noted that Huntswood has completed more than 400 complaints-related projects over the past five years and employs more than 2,500 complaints specialists globally.
