BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) has helped Cushman & Wakefield achieve more than $35 million in savings over five years through a cloud migration and artificial intelligence-powered IT support overhaul, reducing major technology incidents by 73% across the commercial real estate firm’s global operations.
The transformation, which supports more than 52,000 employees in nearly 60 countries, earned the companies recognition in the Excellence category of the 2026 ISG Paragon Awards for Outstanding Business Impact.
The project involved migrating four on-premises data centers to Microsoft Azure and deploying AI-powered service desk technology to improve infrastructure reliability, automate technical support and reduce operating costs.
According to Unisys, the modernization delivered 99.99% infrastructure availability and reduced the average time required to resolve incidents by 40%.
Automated resolutions increased by 13%, allowing more technology support requests to be handled without traditional manual intervention.
The results reflect a broader shift toward cloud infrastructure and AI-assisted IT operations as multinational companies seek to reduce technology costs while maintaining reliable services across geographically dispersed workforces.
Unisys currently provides Cushman & Wakefield with infrastructure management, workplace technology services, cybersecurity and program management support.
Its services include a continuously operating AI-powered Agentic Service Desk built around Unisys Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The system supports technology service requests and uses automation to address operational issues across Cushman & Wakefield’s global business.
Unisys also provides round-the-clock security operations center monitoring and has eliminated more than 100,000 unused technology resources to strengthen security controls and manage infrastructure expenses.
The removal of unused resources complements the cloud migration by reducing unnecessary technology assets and associated operating costs.
Cushman & Wakefield Chief Technology Officer Simon Springett attributed the improvements to the combination of infrastructure modernization and expanded cybersecurity capabilities.
“A shared focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes has helped us fundamentally strengthen the digital foundation of Cushman & Wakefield through our cloud transformation and enhanced cybersecurity capabilities,” Springett stated.
He added that the companies intend to build on the existing technology infrastructure through further use of AI, automation, analytics and cloud services.
Unisys Chief Operating Officer Chris Arrasmith described the collaboration as an effort to establish a cloud-based technology environment capable of supporting Cushman & Wakefield’s continuing business requirements.
“Together with Cushman & Wakefield, we’ve built a secure cloud foundation and an AI-powered service that grows with the business,” Arrasmith stated.
The ISG Paragon Awards are presented by Information Services Group, a technology research and advisory firm, to recognize business outcomes achieved through relationships between technology service providers and their clients.
The Excellence category evaluates service providers based on client results, technology solutions and partnership performance.
The 2026 recognition marks Unisys’ first Paragon Award victory in the Excellence category. The company previously received awards in the Impact, Workplace of the Future, Transformation and Innovation categories.
For Blue Bell-based Unisys, the recognition highlights its work in cloud infrastructure, enterprise service management and AI-supported technology operations for large corporate clients.
