Quaker Houghton

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) increased its quarterly cash dividend by 4.3%, extending a 17-year streak of annual dividend increases as the industrial process fluids manufacturer continues returning capital to shareholders.

The company’s board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, payable Oct. 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 16, Quaker Houghton announced.

The increase marks the company’s 50th dividend increase since it became publicly traded in 1972.

Chief Executive Officer and President Joseph A. Berquist attributed the higher dividend to the company’s financial position and cash generation.
