QNB Corp. Sets 39-Cent Quarterly Dividend

QUAKERTOWN, PA — QNB Corp. (Nasdaq: QNBC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 39 cents per share, maintaining a direct return of capital to shareholders as the Bucks County-based bank holding company continues operating across southeastern Pennsylvania.

The dividend is payable Sept. 25 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 11, the company reported.

QNB Corp.’s board approved the payment at its Aug. 25 meeting.

The company is the parent of QNB Bank, which operates 14 branches across Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties and two loan production offices in Montgomery and Berks counties.

QNB Bank provides commercial, small-business and consumer banking services, including lending and cash-management products.

The company also provides securities and advisory services through QNB Financial Services and offers title insurance through its membership in Laurel Abstract Company LLC.
