QUAKERTOWN, PA — QNB Corp. (OTCQX: QNBC) completed the systems integration of its Victory Bank Division into QNB Bank on June 22, expanding the community bank’s operating footprint across Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties.
The integration marks the final step in combining the two banking operations under the QNB Bank platform and brand.
Two former Victory Bank branches in Horsham and Limerick have been rebranded as QNB Bank offices. Two former Victory loan production offices in Horsham and Wyomissing also now operate under the QNB name.
Former Victory customers now have access to 14 full-service QNB Bank offices across the three-county region, according to the company.
The conversion extends QNB Bank’s market area deeper into Montgomery County through the Horsham and Limerick branches.
“The successful integration of Victory Bank is an important milestone for QNB as we continue to grow and strengthen our regional presence,” said David W. Freeman, president and chief executive officer of QNB Bank.
QNB Bank is the banking subsidiary of QNB Corp., a Quakertown-based bank holding company.
