The multi-year agreement sets the foundation for ESPN BET’s launch as a key player in the Washington, D.C., sports betting market, while enhancing the fan experience for local sports enthusiasts.
The partnership makes ESPN BET an official sports betting partner for prominent Monumental franchises, including the NHL’s Washington Capitals, the NBA’s Washington Wizards, and the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. Pending regulatory approvals, PENN will secure online market access for ESPN BET in D.C., further embedding the platform into the region’s passionate sports culture.

Additionally, the deal includes IP rights for MSE teams and Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, coupled with tailored hospitality experiences for fans.
