Patriot Insurance Adds Operations Executive Amid Expansion Push

Patriot Growth Insurance Services

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services has hired Chi Vo as senior vice president of operations as the insurance brokerage expands its national platform and continues integrating acquisitions across its growing network.

Vo will oversee property and casualty operations, employee benefits operations, agency management systems, and shared services as the company works to standardize operational processes across multiple business lines and locations.

The appointment comes as Patriot continues rapid expansion through acquisitions and integration activity in the fragmented insurance brokerage market.

Vo previously held a senior executive role at HUB International’s New England division, where she managed operations and shared services and participated in merger integration efforts.

According to Patriot, Vo has more than 30 years of experience across insurance brokerage and carrier operations, including work tied to compliance, enterprise operations, and business strategy.

Vo indicated her priorities will include building a more centralized operational structure as the company scales nationally.

“There is a strong foundation in place, and I look forward to working across the organization to build a more unified operating model that supports our agencies, enhances the client experience, and enables continued scale,” Vo said in a statement.

John Galaviz described operational integration as a key focus area for the company’s next phase of growth.
