Traffic, flagging

SALISBURY TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that nighttime resurfacing on Route 41 (Newport Pike) in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, has been rescheduled to begin the night of Tuesday, October 28.

The project, which extends from Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) to Route 741 (Strasburg Road), will take place nightly from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM for approximately two weeks, weather permitting.

During construction, traffic will be reduced to a single lane with alternating flow managed by flaggers. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to use caution when traveling through the area.
