MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common and Class B common stock, continuing cash distributions to shareholders with a payment scheduled for Sept. 24.
Shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 10 will be eligible for the payment, the electronic components manufacturer reported.
Vishay noted that future dividend declarations remain subject to approval by its board of directors.
The Malvern-based company manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used across automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace and healthcare markets.
Vishay is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker VSH.
