RADNOR, PA — McNees Wallace & Nurick has added corporate attorney Ashley R. Bradley to its Corporate & Tax Group in Radnor as the firm continues expanding its presence in the greater Philadelphia market.
Bradley advises buyers and sellers on corporate transactions across industries including healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing, the firm said.
Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, due diligence, and compliance matters for clients across Pennsylvania.
“Ashley is a terrific addition to our corporate team,” said Nicole Stezar Kaylor, co-chair of the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. “She has a solid foundation in corporate transactions and will be a strong fit for our team in Radnor.”
Bradley earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and bachelor’s degrees in sociology and psychology from Texas A&M University.
McNees said the hire comes as the firm expands operations in southeastern Pennsylvania through offices in Radnor, Plymouth Meeting, and Reading.
