The work is part of a $60.4 million federally funded project addressing high-priority repairs on interstate bridges across the Philadelphia region.
The broader project includes repairs to bridge decks, structural steel, concrete beams, railings, bearings, expansion joints, and other structural components. Crews will also repaint overhead sign structures and upgrade roadway lighting with LED fixtures.
