CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Hamilton Lane Inc. (Nasdaq: HLNE) will report results for its fiscal first quarter on Aug. 4, providing investors with an update on one of the world’s largest private markets investment firms as fundraising and deployment activity continue to shape the private capital industry.
The company announced it will release financial results for the quarter ended June 30 before the market opens on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The earnings release and accompanying presentation will be posted on its shareholder website.
Hamilton Lane will host a webcast for investors at 11 a.m. Eastern Time on Aug. 4 to discuss the quarterly results. The live webcast will be available in listen-only mode through the company’s shareholder website, and a replay will be posted approximately two hours after the event and remain available for one year.
The earnings report will provide investors with updated financial results and management’s outlook for a firm that manages and advises on private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real assets investments for institutional and private wealth clients.
