Customers Bank

WEST READING, PA — Customers Bancorp (NYSE: CUBI) said its banking subsidiary, Customers Bank, was named to Business Insider’s America’s High Growth Companies 2026 ranking, recognition that highlights the institution’s sustained revenue, earnings, and book-value growth as regional banks navigate a more competitive operating environment.

The ranking, produced by Business Insider and data firm Plant-A Insights Group, evaluated more than 3,000 publicly traded companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. The top 500 companies were selected based on financial performance, profitability growth, investor value, and stability.

Customers Bank, which reported $25.9 billion in assets, cited five-year annual growth rates of 15% in revenue, 20% in core earnings per share, and 16% in tangible book value per share.

The evaluation was based on 11 financial metrics spanning growth, profitability, shareholder value, and financial stability. According to the ranking’s organizers, companies were not permitted to influence results through sponsorships, applications, or paid participation.

“This recognition reflects what our team has built together: a bank that combines the agility of a growth-oriented institution with the discipline of a trusted financial partner at scale,” President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Sidhu said.

The recognition follows several recent industry rankings for the bank. Customers Bank was named the top-performing midsize bank among institutions with $10 billion to $50 billion in assets by American Banker for 2024 and was ranked No. 72 on Forbes’ 2025 Best Banks list.
