RADNOR, PA — CoreX has finalized its acquisition of Volteo, LLC, a leading Elite ServiceNow partner, and announced the opening of its expanded Agentic AI Laboratory in Guadalajara, Mexico. This strategic move underscores CoreX’s commitment to advancing ServiceNow innovation while strengthening its global delivery capabilities.

The Agentic AI Laboratory, part of CoreX’s ServiceNow Center of Excellence, is designed to accelerate digital transformation by enabling clients to collaborate with experts on the development of custom AI agents. The lab also serves as a showcase for ServiceNow’s advanced functionalities, providing an interactive space for potential customers.

“With the closing of the Volteo acquisition and our investment in Guadalajara, we’re not just expanding our global footprint, we’re creating something revolutionary for our customers and the ServiceNow ecosystem,” said Rick Wright, CEO of CoreX. “Our new Agentic AI Laboratory represents a multi-million-dollar commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions that will help redefine what’s possible with the ServiceNow Platform.”

The expansion includes additional office space and a growing team of 30 ServiceNow architects and engineers, with more hires planned throughout the year. These teams leverage specialized training programs to deliver faster innovation and success for customers.

Enrique Upton, area vice president and general manager for North Latin America at ServiceNow, said, “Latin America is one of ServiceNow’s fastest growing regions, and CoreX is uniquely positioned to help us meet the evolving needs of this dynamic market. Together with CoreX, we’re providing the local expertise and innovation capabilities to help our customers quickly unlock new levels of productivity and innovation – accelerating their business transformation journeys.”
