FORT WASHINGTON, PA — CleanSpace said it will debut a fully operational modular cleanroom installation at the INTERPHEX conference next week at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, offering attendees a live demonstration of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems.
The company said the installation is designed to function as an active cleanroom environment throughout the event, rather than a static or conceptual display.
The structure includes ISO-classified manufacturing space, gowning and process areas, and integrated pharmaceutical equipment, including a fill-finish unit from SKAN.
CleanSpace said the cleanroom is built from multiple prefabricated modules connected into a single system, with features such as observation walls, interlocking doors, and an elevated viewing platform.
Attendees will be able to walk through the facility and observe workflows such as material transfer and equipment integration, the company said.
The installation is intended to demonstrate CleanSpace’s vertically integrated approach to cleanroom design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.
“The industry can’t afford fragmented delivery models anymore,” the company said in a statement, citing the need for integrated systems to meet regulatory requirements and reduce project risk.
INTERPHEX is an annual conference focused on pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing.
CleanSpace provides design-build services for controlled environments used in life sciences and technology sectors.
