CertaPro Painters Launches Paint it Pink Campaign for Breast Cancer Research

CertaPro Painters Paint it Pink

AUDUBON, PA — CertaPro Painters® has kicked off its sixth annual Paint it Pink campaign, partnering with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) and Breast Cancer Canada to support breast cancer research. Since its inception in 2019, this campaign has raised $555,000, funding approximately 11,000 hours of critical research.

This year, participating CertaPro franchisees will donate a portion of their painting project revenues from October 1 to November 30. The company aims to raise $160,000 during this period, which would support around 3,200 hours of research or enable 64 patients to join clinical trials backed by BCRF.

Mike Stone, President & CEO of CertaPro Painters, emphasized the campaign’s significance, stating, “The idea for Paint it Pink originated from a CertaPro franchisee who lost his wife to breast cancer and asked how our company could spread awareness and support the cause. As a company, we strongly believe in helping those in need, supporting our employees and franchisees, and serving the local communities where we live.”

The campaign features several engaging initiatives, including a social media drive that aims to “paint” iconic landmarks across North America pink. Franchisees will have dedicated pages on their websites to raise awareness, and local events like 5K runs will further bolster the campaign’s reach. CertaPro’s corporate team is also participating through a step challenge, with donations contributing to the campaign.

The public can support the Paint it Pink campaign by making donations to help fund vital breast cancer research. Every contribution brings us closer to a cure, emphasizing the collective effort in this important cause.
