Bridge Work to Shut Down Kumry Road in Milford Township Next Week

MILFORD TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission announced plans for bridge construction that will temporarily close a section of Kumry Road in Milford Township, Bucks County, starting next week.

From Monday, November 10, through Friday, November 14, Kumry Road will be closed between Rosenberger Road and Walnut Lane from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Passenger vehicles will follow a detour using Allentown Road, Route 663 (John Fries Highway), and Krammes Road, while large trucks will be directed to use Main Street, Broad Street, Tollgate Road, Route 309 (West End Boulevard), and Route 663 (John Fries Highway).

Local access will remain available up to the construction area. Drivers should plan for delays and allow extra time when traveling through the region. All work is weather dependent.
