Asset-Map Adds Meeting Automation Through Contio Integration

Business News

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Asset-Map has integrated meeting management platform Contio into its financial planning software, expanding its technology ecosystem as wealth management firms increasingly adopt artificial intelligence tools to streamline client interactions and administrative work.

The integration allows financial advisors to launch Contio directly from Asset-Map, capture meeting notes and action items, and access summaries of previous client conversations within the platform.

The move reflects broader competition among financial technology providers to offer advisors more comprehensive workflow tools that combine planning, documentation and client relationship management functions.

According to a 2025 industry study cited by the companies, 78% of investors viewed the use of modern technology for managing and presenting financial information as very or extremely important when working with advisors.

“The advisors who will win the next decade are those who use technology to become more present, not less,” said H. Adam Holt, founder of Asset-Map.

Asset-Map is known for its visual financial planning software, while Contio focuses on meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking and follow-up workflows powered by artificial intelligence.

Under the integration, advisors can use Contio to document meetings and track client commitments while continuing to use Asset-Map as the primary interface for financial planning discussions.

Aaron Klein, founder and chief executive officer of Contio, said the integration is intended to help advisors prepare for meetings more efficiently and maintain a record of decisions and next steps after client discussions conclude.

The partnership is the latest addition to Asset-Map’s expanding network of wealth management technology integrations, which also includes connections with eMoney Advisor, Nitrogen and Holistiplan.

Asset-Map said advisors who activate the integration will automatically receive a Contio account. A free tier includes up to 20 meetings per month along with meeting agendas, document sharing, calendar integration, automated notes and action-item tracking.
