WILMINGTON, DE — Acorn Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: ACFN) will present to investors this week as the infrastructure monitoring company seeks to capitalize on growing recurring revenue and an expansion into new markets serving telecommunications, data center, and utility operators.
The company said Chief Executive Officer Jan Loeb and Chief Financial Officer Tracy Clifford will webcast a presentation at Planet MicroCap Las Vegas 2026 on June 17 and meet with investors during the two-day conference at the Bellagio Hotel.
The presentation comes as Acorn continues shifting its business toward recurring monitoring revenue tied to a growing base of connected infrastructure assets. The company reported latest-12-month monitoring revenue of $5.7 million in the first quarter, up 11.7% from a year earlier, contributing to a blended gross margin of 78%.
Recurring monitoring services are a key component of Acorn’s business model, which provides remote monitoring and control systems for generators, gas pipelines, telecommunications infrastructure, and other critical assets.
Acorn is also expanding its Infrastructure Solutions segment, which targets telecom tower campuses, data centers, and utility substations with internet-connected monitoring and control technologies.
The company recently secured exclusive North American rights to a suite of infrastructure monitoring products that include capabilities such as site-access management and theft protection. Acorn expects the expanded offering to broaden its addressable market and increase monitoring and control functions available to infrastructure operators.
Investors attending Planet MicroCap Las Vegas 2026 will be able to meet with company executives on June 17 and 18.
The presentation is scheduled for June 17 at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be available via webcast at:
