Regency at Valley Creek is planned across approximately 100 acres near more than 700 acres of permanently preserved parkland and open space, the homebuilder stated.
The development includes three home collections with first-floor primary bedroom suites. Townhouses in the Carriages and Villa collections range from approximately 2,200 to more than 2,500 square feet.
