WAYNE, PA — Judge Consulting Group President and Chief Technology Officer John Battaglia was named to City & State PA’s 2026 “40 in Their 40s” list, recognition tied to his work expanding the firm’s artificial intelligence, cloud and public-sector technology operations.
The annual list recognizes Pennsylvania executives, public officials and other professionals whose work affects government, business and civic institutions across the state.
Battaglia will be featured with the other honorees in City & State PA’s July 27 issue and recognized during a July 30 reception at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg, according to Judge Consulting.
As president and chief technology officer, Battaglia oversees the Wayne-based company’s technology strategy and its work involving artificial intelligence, cloud services and digital transformation.
He also leads Judge Consulting’s Government Services practice, which provides technology and operational services to public-sector clients.
Under Battaglia’s leadership, the company has expanded its work helping organizations move artificial intelligence projects beyond pilot programs and into broader operational use, Judge Consulting stated.
“Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping organizations embrace innovation, harness the power of technology, and create outcomes that matter,” Battaglia stated.
