EXTON, PA — Exton Senior Living earned a 2026 Best Senior Living designation in Memory Care from U.S. News & World Report after achieving the highest possible rating, the organization announced.

The recognition is based on U.S. News’ data-driven evaluation of more than 3,000 senior living communities nationwide, using resident and family feedback on safety, care, management, staff, value, and services.

Exton Senior Living’s rating reflects survey responses from residents and their families, which U.S. News uses to determine which communities meet its standards for the Best Senior Living designation.

“Our team is dedicated around the clock to supporting residents and their families in meaningful ways,” said Larry Rouvelas, CEO of IntegraCare, which operates the community. “Recognition from U.S. News as a Best Senior Living community reinforces that commitment.”

Survey responses cited resident safety, care quality, and available activities as key strengths. One respondent said their family member was “safe, genuinely loved and well cared for,” while another noted the availability of social activities and responsiveness from management.

U.S. News awards the Best Senior Living designation only to communities that meet its performance thresholds based on consumer feedback. The highest-rated communities in each care category receive the designation.

In addition to the overall Memory Care rating, Exton Senior Living received High Performing recognition in several categories, including Memory Care caregiving, activities and enrichment, and management and staff, as well as Assisted Living in the “feels like home” category.

“Choosing a senior living community is a significant life decision for older adults and their families,” said Ben Harder, managing editor and chief of health analysis at U.S. News. “The ratings provide a transparent, data-driven tool to help families identify the highest-quality care available.”

Exton Senior Living is operated by IntegraCare, which had multiple communities recognized in the 2026 Best Senior Living ratings.
