WEST CHESTER, PA — “This is the way!” to spend a spring afternoon as the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center invites families to step into a galaxy of fun for its second annual Star Wars LEGO Day.
Set for Saturday, May 2, the family-friendly event brings together LEGO creativity, Star Wars fandom, and hands-on science for an experience designed to delight visitors of all ages.

Throughout the day, guests can build and explore with LEGO bricks while viewing detailed displays created by museum staff and members of Colonial LUG, a regional LEGO user group. Star Wars fans will also have the chance to meet costumed characters from local cosplay groups, offering photo opportunities and immersive meet-and-greets.
The event also connects imagination to real-world learning. Museum staff will lead science demonstrations inspired by the Star Wars universe, including laser experiments, static electricity activities that make objects “float” using the “Force,” and a build-your-own lightsaber activity that blends creativity with STEM concepts.
The event is included with general museum admission, making it an accessible outing for families looking to enjoy something both fun and educational.
